1. How do you like your coffee to taste?

• Smooth and sweet, easy to drink black: go Medium.
• Strong and bold, usually with milk or sugar: go Dark.

2. How do you brew it?

• Drip machine or pour-over: Medium shines here, though Dark works too.
• French press, espresso or moka pot: Dark is a natural match.
• Do you have a grinder? Choose whole bean for the freshest cup. No grinder? Choose ground, it's ready for your machine.

3. How much coffee does your home drink?

• One person, about a cup a day: a 1Lb bag lasts about a month.
• A couple or a family, 2 to 4 cups a day: the 3Lb Box.
• A big family, an office or a church: the 5Lb Box, our best value per pound.
