Product Information & Freshness

Freshness Guarantee: For coffee that delivers on its promise of rich flavor and aroma, we roast all our beans in the United States at peak freshness. If our coffee does not exceed your expectations, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. We are confident you'll taste the difference.

Roast Dates: We recommend consuming your coffee within 4-8 weeks of the roast date for optimal flavor.

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee that your display will be perfectly accurate.

Availability: All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Ordering Process - Placing an Order: Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the item. An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and payment information.

Order Changes & Cancellations: We process orders very quickly to ensure freshness. Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has entered the roasting queue.

Payment & Pricing

Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and PayPal.

Security: All payment information is encrypted and processed through our secure payment gateway (Shopify Payments, PayPal). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Pricing: Prices are shown in dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you will be charged.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied to orders delivered to addresses within regions where we are required to collect it.

Shipping Costs: We give you 100% Free Shipping at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and roasting. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers: We ship via reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Help Coffee. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at the customer's expense.

International Shipping:

We currently only ship to addresses within United States

Internationally: We offer international shipping to select countries. The customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost.
